Come along and see for yourself, always a warm welcome awaits! "We launched the book, art and craft fairs in July 2004 to meet the need in the area. When we started there was no where locally running a regular fair for people to affordably to sell their wares. We desperately needed something. We had closed our book and artspace in March town by the river earlier in the year and were actually repremanded on the radio for it!!! It seemed the public demanded the return of the Dragonfly!" said Vanessa Champion, Director of the fairs. Every month we have a variety of local arts & crafts, including: ...jewellery, wood-turning, pyrography, ceramics, original artwork, photography, cards, card making kits, glassware, knitwear, doughcraft, John Abbott watercolourist and artist in residence at Welney Wildfowl Trust, handmade soaps, Ringham's folkart and crafts, glass, textiles, fairtrade, Aloe Vera, EcoFlow, minatures, embroidery, tie-dye, dollshouse, scrapbooking, quilting, boxes, flowers, sheet music... and of course there's the books... 50p each or three for a pound!.. oh, yes and Pete's magic Coffee for 50p!
Why not pop down and have a coffee outside. Great place to meet up with friends as it's in March Town centre and easy to find! March Town itself, is an interesting and historical riverside Fenland Market Town. Well worth a visit! Why not make a weekend of it? See you there! Thanks for your support! (see below for map!)
